1. Introduction & Acceptance

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent this requirement is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when creating your account, including your legal full name, valid email address, date of birth, and mobile phone number (used for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket verification, where applicable).
• You must not currently be self-excluded from joya7 or any affiliated platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must contact our support team and complete the reinstatement process before attempting to re-register.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on joya7 at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be permanently closed without notice. Any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

joya7 supports a range of payment methods designed for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit and withdrawal requests are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. joya7 does not accept cryptocurrency or third-party payment processors not listed on our official payment page.

• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. joya7 may impose maximum transaction limits which are communicated clearly within the Platform.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. joya7 reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification (e.g., National ID card, passport) and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made using a particular payment method must generally be withdrawn to the same method. Where this is not possible, joya7 customer support will advise on an approved alternative withdrawal route.
• joya7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile banking downtimes (including bKash or Nagad service interruptions), or bank processing times outside our control.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

joya7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. General wagering requirement terms include:

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., cricket betting, slots, or live casino). Where a bonus is game-restricted, real-money wagers placed on ineligible games will not contribute to the rollover.
• joya7 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if we detect abuse, exploitation, or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms.

5. Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joya7 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and/or forfeiture of all funds held in the account, with no obligation to refund:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity, including using another person's personal details without their explicit consent.
• Colluding with other players, manipulating game outcomes, exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities, or using automated tools (bots, scripts, macros) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws, including Bangladeshi anti-money laundering regulations.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing joya7 staff or other platform users through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or in-game messaging.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the joya7 Platform — including but not limited to the joya7 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive property of joya7 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting entertainment. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from joya7 is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
